Tour Payment Terms & Refund Policy
We believe in being clear and fair when it comes to payments and refunds. Below are our terms to help you book with confidence and clarity.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on one of our tours. The remaining balance is due in accordance with the payment schedule outlined at the time of booking. Full payment is required before the tour begins.
We accept all major credit cards via our secure Stripe checkout system. You may also choose to pay in installments, if offered at checkout.
If you encounter any payment issues or would prefer to arrange an alternative method (such as a wire transfer), please contact us directly at info@realcoolphototours.com.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Here’s how our refund policy works:
Deposits are refundable for 7 days after payment – no questons asked.
Deposits are non-refundable after 7 days, due to the upfront costs that we incur in securing your accommodations, guides, and permits.
Other payments, if you cancel more than 45 days before the start of the tour, we will refund any balance you have paid beyond the deposit.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the start date, 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded (excluding deposit).
If you cancel less than 30 days before the tour, no refund will be issued. At this stage we would expect that your travel insurance would cover your loss.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
We strongly recommend that all participants carry travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. This protects your investment in case of unexpected events.
