Tour Payment Terms & Refund Policy – Sept 2025 v1.2
We believe in being clear and fair when it comes to payments and refunds. Below are our terms to help you book with confidence and clarity.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on one of our tours. The remaining balance is due in accordance with the payment schedule outlined at the time of booking. Full payment is required before the tour begins.
We accept all major credit cards via our secure Stripe checkout system. You may also choose to pay in installments, if offered at checkout.
If you encounter any payment issues or would prefer to arrange an alternative method (such as a wire transfer), please contact us directly at info@realcoolphototours.com.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our tours.
Deposits
• Fully refundable within 7 days of payment, no questions asked.
• Non-refundable after 7 days, as deposits are used to secure accommodations, guides, and permits.
Balance Payments
• Final balance is due 30 days before the start of the tour.
• If you cancel more than 45 days before your tour, we will refund any payments made beyond the deposit.
• If you cancel after your final balance has been paid, no refund will be issued. By this stage, all arrangements for your tour are finalized.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another adult at no additional charge, provided you notify us with their details in advance.
Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments, including your deposit. We are not liable for additional costs such as flights, insurance premiums, or other personal arrangements.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants carry comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
• Trip cancellation
• Medical emergencies
• Evacuation
Travel insurance protects your investment and ensures peace of mind should unexpected events arise.
