Real Cool Photography Tours
By booking a tour with Real Cool Photography Tours (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.
1. Booking and Payment
A deposit is required to secure your place on any tour. Full payment is due according to the schedule provided at the time of booking. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed by us in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received by the stated deadline.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on deposit terms, cancellations, and refunds.
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.
3. Travel Documents and Insurance
It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, COVID-related entry requirements) are valid and up to date. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or issues arising from incomplete documentation.
Travel insurance is not included in the tour price but is strongly advised. Real Cool Photography Tours is not liable for any losses resulting from events beyond our control.
4. Health, Fitness, and Responsibility
Our tours may involve hiking, walking on uneven terrain, or travel in remote areas. You are responsible for determining if you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior, health, or condition may impact their safety or the experience of others.
5. Itinerary Changes
We make every effort to follow the published itinerary. However, weather, road conditions, and other unforeseen events may require adjustments. We reserve the right to modify or cancel activities if necessary for safety or operational reasons.
No refunds will be issued for activities missed due to weather, illness, travel delays, or other external circumstances beyond our control.
6. Image Use and Media Rights
By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to use photographs or videos taken during the trip that include your image for promotional and educational purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing before the start of the tour.
7. Liability Waiver
Real Cool Photography Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay resulting from acts of God, government restrictions, theft, accidents, illness, or any cause beyond our control. You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and accept personal responsibility for your safety and belongings.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to treat fellow travelers, guides, and local communities with respect. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a tour, without refund, for disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful behavior.
9. Agreement
By booking a tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that this agreement is binding and enforceable under applicable laws.
